Rascals is a gay bar and grill located in Appleton, WI. Although mostly patronized by the LGBTQ+ Community, everyone is welcome to enjoy the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. The business was established in 1992 as Rascals Bar & Grill.
The building was built in 1900 and has been many bars/taverns over the years including Kelley's Bar, The Ranch Bar, Johnston's Bar, George W Frazer Softdrinks (prohibition), William Hemmingway Softdrinks (prohibition), And Edward DeWall Saloon.
